Drop in any Sunday from 1:00–3:00 PM. The full Hyrox race rig and F45 rack stations are set up and ready. Train at your own pace — no class, no coaching. Staff circulates for safety only.
What To Bring
Training shoes, water, and ID. Be respectful of the space and re-rack every piece of equipment exactly as you found it.
